Yes. We specialize in customized necktie manufacturing and support both OEM and ODM projects. We can develop products according to your designs, colors, patterns, materials, sizes, and other specifications, from concept and sampling to bulk production.

2. Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We recommend developing and confirming a sample before bulk production. We can also work from your existing sample, reference product, artwork, or design requirements to develop a customized necktie.

3. What costs should I expect for a custom necktie project?

Discussing your project and requesting a quotation is free of charge. If a custom sample is required, a US$50 sample development fee applies. International shipping costs are quoted separately based on the destination and shipping method.

The US$50 sample fee will be credited in full toward a bulk order of 300 or more neckties.

4. What is the MOQ for neckties?

Our standard MOQ for neckties is 100 pieces per color. For customized projects, the MOQ may vary depending on the design, materials, production process, and other requirements. Please contact us for confirmation.

5. What information do you need for a quotation?

Please provide your design or reference images, materials, size, quantity, and any special specifications. If you have an existing sample, photos or sample details can also help us evaluate your project and prepare an accurate quotation.

6. What payment terms do you accept?

Our standard payment term is 30% deposit by T/T, with the remaining balance paid before shipment. Other payment methods may be discussed and confirmed with our team for specific projects.

7. What packaging options are available?

Our standard packaging is designed to provide practical protection during storage and transportation. Individual packaging can be arranged for customized neckties.

If required, we can also discuss customized packaging, including packaging with your company logo, subject to the packaging design, order quantity, and production requirements.

8. How long does production take?

For customized necktie orders, production normally takes approximately 4–6 weeks after the design, specifications, sample, and order details have been confirmed.

The actual production time may vary depending on the design, materials, order quantity, customization requirements, and production schedule. We will confirm the estimated production timeline before production begins.

9. What shipping options are available, and how long does delivery take?

We can arrange sea freight, air freight, or express delivery according to your requirements. Shipping terms such as FOB, CIF, or C&F can be discussed based on your order and destination. Shipments are generally arranged from Shanghai or Ningbo.

As a general reference, express delivery may take approximately 6–8 business days, while sea freight may take approximately 25–35 business days, depending on the destination and shipping conditions.

10. What is the difference between jacquard and printed neckties?

Jacquard fabrics are woven with dyed yarns, creating patterns directly through the weaving process. They generally have a more dimensional and textured appearance.

Printed fabrics have designs printed onto the fabric surface, allowing for more complex, detailed, and graphic patterns.

11. What is the difference between polyester and micro fabric?

Both are polyester-based materials commonly used for necktie production. The main difference is fabric density and construction. Micro fabric has a higher warp density, giving it a different texture and appearance.

The best choice depends on the desired quality, appearance, performance, and budget of your project.

12. Why may the color of my neckties look different from the color shown on the website?

We make every effort to present product colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on the monitor, smartphone, tablet, lighting conditions, and screen settings used to view the product.

For customized projects, we recommend confirming colors through physical samples or approved color references before bulk production whenever accurate color matching is important.

13. How does Fengge Tie control product quality?

We focus on quality throughout the manufacturing process, from material selection and sampling to production and final inspection. Our experienced team works to maintain consistent workmanship and product quality for every order.

For customized projects, product specifications and approved samples can be used as references during production to help maintain consistency.

14. What is your return, refund, or replacement policy?

Because customized neckties are produced according to the customer’s approved designs, specifications, colors, and quantities, customized orders generally cannot be returned or exchanged due to changes in preference or requirements after production.

If a product has a confirmed manufacturing defect or does not meet the agreed specifications, please contact us promptly with details and supporting photos or information. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.
